US Anvilmar and Undermine Not Syncing

I have three servers selected, Anvilmar, Undermine, and Area 52. Area 52 seems to be just fine, but Anvilmar and Undermine both say they have new data available and no matter how many times I tell it to sync, it tries and just goes back to telling me the data is still available.

Try going to your WoW/Interface/Addons/ZygorGuidesViewer/Data/Gold folder and delete the files in there, then try going into the desktop client settings and click on the Sync All button in the gold guide section to see if that gets it going for you.

I did what you said and Area 52 worked again, but Anvilmar and Undermine still don't.

Try letting the desktop client run in the background for now and play around on Area52 for a bit then check into it again in about an hour after it's had a chance to retry a few times on it's own.

I let it run in the background, tried a re-install from within the Zygor client, and still only getting Area 52 at the moment.

What happens if you go into settings in the gold guide section and delete all of the servers from the list then add them again manually and then Sync All?

It acts like it is trying to sync, says last sync: August 23, 2016 (4:59 PM), but the historical data still says US-Anvilmar New Data available, same with Undermine.

I did an import all and tried just syncing all the realms I have characters on at one point and Misha was coming up the same way. Right now I'm just concerned about Anvilmar and Undermine since I play mainly on those two.

We're going to check to see if there is anything on our end. Try clicking that Sync All button a couple of times to see if it finally gets the others downloaded.

I do notice when I hover over "sync all" that it says "Your guides for WoW are not installed" I do have the ZygorGuidesViewer folder in my AddOn folder.

I still have not been able to get Anvilmar and Undermine to download, have tried a few times now.

I've done some testing and I'm having problems with getting the data for those 2 realms as well. We will have to check into what's going on with the data for those 2 realms to see about getting it fixed.

Found this to be a bug in the client, and I've fixed it for the next release.

Thank you very much for the help! It looked like the servers finally synced about 8am this morning central time.
