Upgrade to elite

I have Membership Level: Basic (WoD). If i upgrade to 5$/month elite, do i get legion guides before it launches live, horde and alliance included?

The Legion guides will be included in the Elite subscription but Elite members do not get them any faster. Everyone will get the Legion guides at the same time when the expansion goes live.

Are they going to be released an hour or 2 before launch?

We normally try to make sure they are available by the time the server comes back up from the patch.

I have never seen the guiides released before the expansion pack, pre-orders made available yes...But Ive always seen them ready when servers come back up
