Gold guide not showiong up at all

Hey, I updated my guides, went to elite membership and updated everything, but the gold guides are not showing up at all Like whne I go AH trhey arent there. I have been doing your troubleshooting link steps but still no luck. Help? I really really want my gold guide to work!
