waypoint Arrow not working

It has turned into a big red circle with an X in the middle all of a sudden. guide is up to date and i did not change any settings when it changed.

Did not help it spins like it is thinking and goes back to the circle. i am playing a Worgen, the arrow was working fine till i got to Gilneas section of the start since I have been here and I am lvl10 now it has not worked.

The Gilneas zone was broken (again) with the 7.0.3 patch for the arrow. Try to get thru the zone and when you are at the end of the Worgen starting guide and you get to Darnassus the arrow will start to work again.

Ok I was kind of hoping it had something to do with the zone being wonky

I had that issue & found by keeping the guide open and traveling manually to a new zone (Like from Ashran to Stormwind) it fixed it, if you find you cant move wityh it open, close the guide, move to the zone you wish to go to, and then try opening it again, see if that fixes it (It happened to me when I was in Ashran and had just logged in, needed to go to Stormwind, so I had to close out guide, go to SW and then the issue fixed itself and works normally now."

The waypoint arrow gives very weird directions sometimes, like today I wanted to go to dragon soul when I was in my garrison so it told me to go to the portal to Ashran, from there the portal to Thunder Bluff, from there the portal to Orgrimmar (even though there's one in Ashran aswell), then the portal to blasted lands, back to orgrimmar, hearthstone to my garrison and back to the beginning. For me the waypoint arrow is more useless than useful these days.
I tried the slowest and fastest modes in de settings too, nothing changes. Usually a /re helps but only for one step, the next step it'll screw up again and give me the wrong route.
I'm better off just googling the route and doing it myself. Hope it gets fixed

Sounds like you might be having an addon conflict happening. If you disable all other addons does it take you to places normally?

Getting waypoint issue (shows a red X) for the new demon hunter 98-100 leveling content.

Does not work.Trying to isolate the issue. Only seems to be a problem in the new starter area.

If the name of the guide you see on the guide viewer is Nagrand please go into the Leveling > Starter Guides and load up the DH guide.
