Honestly, what I would like to see. Make Zygor work with TSM and have groups and operations for TSM all set up for you, and maybe an in game guide on how to setup TSM? I switched over to TSM because of the issues and I am actually already making more gold because I am learning how to customize it. That said it is way way harder to set up.

Patch broke it, i'm sure there working on a fix. It sounds like it's having to be 100% redone

I understand your priorities and that you need to sell more new guides to new/existing customers, but we, your existing customers, that have already paid you, have been waiting now for nigh one week for the Gold/Auction guide to be fixed and all we hear is that there is no ETA. For the last few days I have been using Auctionator 4.0.6 which is free and works just fine. Cant be a big problem then to fix the auction guide. Please don't leave us standing in the rain, fix the guide and give us an ETA.

The Legion pre-orders were in the pipeline way before patch 7.0 dropped and broke the Gold Guide. We definitely did not put those ahead of fixing the Gold Guide, we nearly switched on the work that was already completed on the preorders. From what we have seen, any auction addons with similar functionality to our own are also broke right now. For example, Auctioneer: https://mods.curse.com/addons/wow/auctioneer#t1:changes (see comments) and notably with "no ETA" from its developers.

We'll look at Auctionator to see what they've done over there, but not being real familiar with their addon it's possible their addon is not as extensive as ours and thus was easier to update. We have a goal in mind rather than an ETA, and the goal is to fix things in time for Legion. Again, we apologize for this, although, in this case we're really at the mercy of Blizzard and their changes which is out of our hands.

Firstly, I LOVE your guides and all related services. By no means am I trying to "advertise" or "promote" another addon/service by my following comment, however, I DO want to make a suggestion with regards to the above quote:

If you are going to look at other addons that have been able to update and do currently work properly and that are more complicated, such as your gold guide, may I suggest that you see if you can look into what TradeSkillMaster might have done to be updated so quickly. Their addon is much more similar to your Gold Guide than Auctioneer, Auctionator, or Auction Master. In fact, it's so complex that I literally downloaded it, took one look and uninstalled, downloaded it again a couple days later, uninstalled. And finally had to look up videos on how to set it up. BUT, that being said, it's features imho are much more similar to your gold guide than the other mods AND with it being so complex, I would assume they also had to do some major reworking. I won't claim to know the first thing about how all this works, but I thought I might suggest looking at their service if you're going to look at other addons anyway to see how they've been able to get up and running so quickly.

edit: I would not at all be opposed to a previous posters' suggestion about instead of reworking the entire gold guide, maybe making that portion of your service work with TSM by providing groups and operations that would enhance gold making.

Let me start by saying that I do personally use TSM (used it long before our gold guide was a thing). While TSM may look like it's working fine it still has bugs in it after the 7.0 patch so it's not fully fixed yet. It has also been having updates pushed out every single day (sometimes multiple ones per day) since the patch with trying to get it all fixed. I would say that right now TSM is about 90% fixed as there are still too many odd things happening with it that were not there before the patch.

As for the suggestion about making our stuff work with TSM, we prefer not to have the guides be reliant on a 3rd party addon that we have no control over. If we make the addon work with TSM instead of our own addon then we are at the mercy of any changes that the TSM author decides to make, and he would not be under any obligation to tell us about them ahead of time.

I used to use Tradeskill Master with zygor...but when I log off I have to disable it or I cant log out....I reported the bug but the email just shot back to me, so I was like screw it & uninstalled it. Ifg I cant do Zygor, Ill stick with Auctioneer lol Less buggy

I haven't even tried to install it yet. I been doing AH old fashioned way, I was only using auctioneer as an example, not so much saying that Iam going to install it til zygor fixes their issue....I had heard Auctioneer was broken, but I am sure you know...it will prob. be fixed soon.
