When I arrived at this location, Moodle did not appear. I also did not have Moodle's stress ball, so I found online that if you don't have his stress ball to call him, you have to go back to Rainspeaker Canopy and talk to High Oracle Soo-Say to get a stress ball. The guide does not indicate this.

The ball was supposed to be given to you when the quest to go with him was given to you by Soo-Say. Were your bags full at the time so that the ball couldn't be added?

Nope they weren't. Maybe it was just a WoW glitch.

Maybe. We'll keep an eye out for anyone else reporting not having the ball. Maybe Blizzard changed something with the quests there.
