Gold Guide Won't Pop Up

I re downloaded the add-on and when I go to the guide home page I click on the gold icon and nothing happens? Is this something that is currently broken?

Just purchased Elite specifically for this gold guide but its not working. Hopefully there is a fix soon!

Hi Zygor, Thank you for the update. I actually subscribed just for this part of the addon and now I am loosing indefinite subscription time...
I know you all are working extremely hard at getting things fixed, but is there any plan to compensate the users?

Indeed the Gold guide is fudged and it would be great if those that have paid money for the guide to get an update on this.

Even if its we have identified the problem and its in testing etc etc. Communication is important to us! We dont get to see whats going on behind the scenes. In our eyes nothing appears to be happening.

My next question was why was this not picked up on the PTR?

The last couple of days during patch time have been incredibly frustrating and this is just adding fuel to the fire.

How you guys handle the response to this will ultimatly determine if I want to invest with your company again in the future, as Support you may see me as a pain in the glutious maximus but at the end of the day im a paying customer with a broken bit of software and my patience is wearing thin.

@RazerWD I havent paid for the subscription, I've paid for the guide before the subscription service was introduced. So its not like I can cancel a sub.

You clearly did not read my post and nor have you answered my question about the PTR.

What are you going to do in the terms of compensation for the people that actually own the guide?

The leveling guide is working. If you need gold to pay for your subscription start another character. Not only will you be productive at leveling something else but you make lots of gold now just leveling. I'm a new Elite Member but have confidence they will fix this before we know it! I'd rather them take their time and make sure its right than rush and it not work properly.

The changes that affected the AH were not on the PTR. This is very evident by all of the AH addons being affected when the patch came out. Blizzard does not always put every patch change on the PTR.

As far as I know any possible compensation has not been discussed yet.

I paid for the guide before the subscription as well, but you now what, sometimes these things happen. It's called a glitch. They'll fix it, and all will be right with the world. You (we) don't need compensation for something this minor. Now if they took the gold guide away permanently, that would deserve something, but not a glitch. Stop being a baby!

Just cancel the sub and resub when they have it fixed, That's what I will be doing plus exploring other options out there.
