Draenor Flying Loremaster not working

Stuck at step 317 talk to Yrel, can't click anything...reload guide same thing...reload wow same thing.....still stuck.I'm already 100 did the exloration, now Im on the next part...finishing up some quests,But I'm stuck.

That is the end of the Shadowmoon Valley guide. If you have finished that guide then you should have completed the Shadowmoon Valley portion of the Draenor Loremaster achievement. You can open the guide selection window (orange down arrow on guide viewer) and select Suggest at the top. In that listing in the Achievements section look for the Draenor Pathfinder folder and that will contain links to all of the guides you will need to complete to obtain flying.
