Step 102 tells you to click the portal to Dalaran Crater that is created by the npc you interacted with in step 101.
The portal takes you from the Inn at Silverpine Forest 0.471,0.432 to Hillsbrad Foothills 30.27,36.64
But the waypoint arrow points to Hillsbrad Foothills 0.473,0.434 which causes two issues. Firstly it points to the totally wrong place and secondly it does not tell you to use the portal at the Inn. I almost missed the portal and only realised it was there when I checked the Zygor window.
