You probably get asked this every expansion, but are you going to have leveling guides available for Launch. We gotta get in there and get it done quick ya know :P Thanks!

Our goal is to have the guides available the day the expansion goes live.

With each of the zones in Legion scaling to our char lvl and there not being a specific zone we should be in at a particular lvl, I'm guessing the leveling guides will have a way to let us choose the zone we want want to start in (and the order there after)? Thanks!

You already have that basic ability now with all of the Leveling guides. The Legion guides are still being created but I believe it will be setup just like all of our other zone guides where we'll have a recommended path to take you thru the different zones but you will always be able to manually load up any zone guide you want.

You will be lead to choose which zone you want to go to. There won't be a recommended path because it's purely preference, so the choice will be yours.
