Point Arrow/ Navigation System

Hello there,

I'm recently new in playing WOW and the services that zygor provides. So far I am enjoying how simple the game can be enjoyed through this guide.

Anyways, I would like to ask if there is a place where I want to go and if I don't know the direction. Can I use the arrows for direction? If so how do I do it?

Yes, you can open the big map in game (M key by default) and find on the map where you want to go, then hold the Shift key and click on that spot. That will create a temporary waypoint that the travel system will take you to.

You can also click on the binoculars icon on the guide viewer to help you find different NPCs. This can be very handy if you want to (for example) visit a mining instructor to learn the mining profession but don't know where he is. You would just use the binoculars to find a nearby mining profession NPC and the arrow would take you to him/her.
