Quest: Step Three: Prophet! Issue

Firstly, I completed [Welcome to Draenor] when my DK was Horde.

Fast Forward to today, and I end up finding out that I can do Assault on The Dark Portal...again. I found it odd, but having forgotten that I initially completed it (even though I have the Garrison unlocked), I went ahead and did it anyway, starting off from "A Potential Ally" (Also remembering, I'm Alliance now on the same DK). So I complete all the required steps but now, I am stuck waiting for Prophet Velen to show up.

Here's the issue. In another section, Prophet Velen has become a N'aaru.

So my question is this: Is there any way to fix it so I can obtain the quest credit for Step Three: Prophet!? Because if the addon doesn't seem to register it correctly, so I'm not sure what I can do exactly.

Edit: This is an issue because it will not allow me to load the Garrison leveling guide without being able to complete the quest. I've tried forcing it to complete, but it will not accept it.

Edit 2: Nevermind. I keep forgetting I can force complete other sections. That's what I did here and it started to roll along.

This sounds like it's because of the faction change and that causing you some questing issues. I believe the only way you can get this fixed is to submit an in-game ticket to Blizzard and see what a GM can do for you.

I really didn't think Faction Changing would end up causing me issues like this.

That being said, still very much enjoying the addon .

I think I've seen someone that did a faction change and it messed with their progression in MoP to the point that it took them days to be able to get everything fixed so they could start leveling again.

While faction change is nice because you get to keep a toon you have become attached to I think it's less headache sometimes to just purchase a boost token and use that to get a new toon up to 90 fast.

I usually don't do a faction change unless its absolutely warranted. Though, I can't say I'd throw $60 towards a boost, but I also don't have spare money. Maybe if I had plenty, I would think about it, lol.

Yeah, I don't really do either. If I want to play on the other faction I'll just level one of the many that I have started there.
