Talador step #1 issue

My guide says to "Talk to Bodrick Grey", but I found the quest by clicking on the Bulletin Board.

The character is a boosted 90 (presently lvl 94).

PS. I tried to search for the quest name and nothing seemed to group the words correctly. Tried single and double quotes. Hope I'm not re-posting...

The breadcrumb quest is normally available from Bodrick but sometimes you're not able to get it from him but then the Hero's Board will have it for you to take.
