i boosted a lvl 100 account

having a hard time doing quests how can i get zygor to help me on quests that i pick up ?

and is there a section to help me get the flying moimy ?

You just load up the guides for stuff you'd like to do and follow the guide. The Loremaster guides are used to obtain the Draenor Loremaster achievement. The Achievements guides are used to obtain the Securing Draenor, Draenor Explorer, and Master Treasure Hunter achievements. And the Dailies or Reputations guides are used to work the 3 Tanaan Jungle reputations to obtain the Tanaan Diplomat achievement. All of those combined give the Draenor Pathfinder achievement which unlocks the flying.

I boosted my char too and got problems with garison and loremaster quests in dreanor. Guide dont recognize my boosted char. im looking for npc at wrong places and i cant start my garison dailies.

Did you start with the first zone (Shadowmoon or Frostfire) guide? If you boosted to 100 you should probably start at the beginning of the Draenor zones and work thru them if you want to do Loremaster and that should also help with making sure everything is available.
