juggling followers

I have only one follower who can overcome Swarming Minions

She is the only Alchemist suitable follower of mine.

If she is working in the Alchemy building she cant be levelling up and gathering in missions.

But I want missions and work orders happening

So - I can go find and get another follower with the Anti Swarming Minions ability, then I have to retire another follower.

Or have I got the wrong end of the stick?

Follower's abilities can be re-rolled with Follower Retraining Certificate and Follower Ability Retraining Manual. Both items are acquired from various missions and the latter can also be purchased from the level 3 Garrison quartermaster (Sergeant Crowler / Sergeant Grimjaw) for 1,000 Garrison Resources. Please note that Follower Retraining Certificate will also re-roll the follower's traits. Use one of these to get a different follower with an ability to counter Minion Swarms.

I'm 127 garrison resources away from an upgraded town hall. Very slow....
