Historical Data Not Updating

Did everything you recommended (even the reinstall) but the problem persists...

Go to your WoW/Interface/Addons folder and delete the ZygorGuidesViewer folder. Now run the desktop client and look to see if it has a current version number or if it says none. If it says none then click the Install button. If it still shows a current version number then please post a screen shot of your client settings for the Game Installation section.
