Gorgrond Step 9 and before
Before moving onto Step 9 you should do "He Drew Aggro...culture" instead of waiting until 11. Otherwise you are going back and forth as Thaelin Darkanvil and the Aggressive Growth is right by the cave to Harvester Ommru.
This way you complete all the quest in that area before heading over to where you turn them in.
