Lunarfall Inn

I built a barn on the medium sized plot, and have a barracks as well inside the walls.

I also have Enchanters and Alchemy buildings on the small plots.

Where / how do I get enough plots to put an Inn up?

I am just starting out on this followers stuff, so trying to piece things together.

You never get enough spaces to build everything.

It sounds like you have a level 2 garrison right now, 1 large, 1 medium, and 2 small spaces. Raise your garrison to level 3 (upgrade the town hall to 3) and that will give you 2 large, 2 medium, and 3 small spaces.
