The end of the month has come and gone, can you give a date when is the Elite Version becoming available, it has been some time since you announced the subscription model.

    Thanks.

We sent out an email last week to say we had a small delay and hope to have it available within the next 2 weeks.

Just coming to check on this. I never received any emails saying there was a delay. It's been what, 3 months since this was announced lol. I'm losing faith this is actually coming out. Oh well.

Ive recently over the last few weeks resubbed to WoW after taking 4 years off. I had the Cataclysm guide when it first came out, does that put me in the $4.99/mo category or will I be paying the higher price?

You will be able to get the $4.99 rate. If you've EVER purchased a guide from us, since we started in 2007, you will be eligible for the $4.99 rate. Thanks.

That's Fantastic. Glad to see you support the people that might have been in the same situation as catskillthunder. Got my email yesterday, checked out the link, and am anxiously awaiting the Launch. See you all on the 10th.

I'm looking forward to changing to Elite subscription! One thing is not clear for me yet though. As a long term member I get a discount, which is nice, thank you for that. Will I retain this discount forever, even if I unsubscribe the Elite service when I take a break from WoW once in a while? When I start playing again, and start subscribing to the Elite service again, will I still get the discount?

When we launch initially, no. You'll retain they loyalty rate for as long as you stay subscribed, so you will lose it if you cancel. However, as you'll see in an upcoming video, we've crafted a way for everyone to lower their subscription costs. :-)

Subscriptions are very unknown territory for us right now, so depending on how it goes, we would be open to making the loyalty rate permanent. So we will see how it goes and make improvements to the service, as we always try to do. Thanks!

Perhaps you could do something for those of us who have purchased a lot (if not all) of guides so far :-)

                        Hello,
what about paying annually or semi annually and discounting the price further, that's what WoW does ?

We may add annual options later, but just starting out with a monthly.

Hi. As a long time customer and user of your guides, I have a few questions that I don't see answered anywhere. I'm not a fan of a monthly subscription to this guide, since I don't use any of the other guides than the levelling one for my specific faction, which is why I don't see any benefits for me paying close to 60 $ a year for a single guide. However, if I decide to level up a char from the other faction, will I be able to buy the subscription for one month to use that specific guide? What will happen when I unsubscribe? Will I be able to subscribe again, and still get the benefits of a "loyal customer"?

Ok...I already own all of the Guides however I no longer play 7 days a week 12 months out of the year. These days I usually play 2-4 months out of the year. Will I be able to pay for just the months that I pay to play WoW and will my discount price always be available or do you want me to pay a subscription fee every month for the rest of my life?

I too am not always playing WoW 24/7/365 and "Take a Break" every so often. I read on Page 4 of the Thread the following:

"When we launch initially, no. You'll retain they loyalty rate for as long as you stay subscribed, so you will lose it if you cancel. However, as you'll see in an upcoming video, we've crafted a way for everyone to lower their subscription costs. :-)

I am hoping that the Loyalty rate will some day soon become permanent so like most people that do play WoW can do as they have done in the past, Sub and Unsub when you get tired of the game and a few months later, come back without the worry of paying a higher price for the Elite Subscriptions.

I know you all in the business of making money, but will $3/month really make or break you? I vote for making the Loyalty rate permanent NOW.
