    It's working now, so I signed up. Would still change from monthly to once or twice a year if the option becomes available.

      We will likely be adding more timeframe options, since that seems to be a fairly popular request. It will require us to build more backend infrastructure to handle that, though, so it won't be as simple as pressing a button to activate those options or something. In other words, it will take a little bit of time for us to build those options into the system. :-)

        Paypal working? Just tried to sign up and it doesn't work... it asks for final confirmation on payment, then resets..

          This might be some pop-up blocker or ad blocker (or something similar) interfering with the process. After you get sent to the PayPal site and you setup the payment agreement it should then close that tab/window and bring you back to our site to fill out a final form. Once you're done with that and click on Proceed then the transaction will be processed and payment will be made.

            Zygor Sync should now be working properly with the latest client build (3.0.230). Be sure to re-sync your files so that everything is up-to-date on our cloud server.

              I've been a member of Zygor for years and just upgraded to Elite. The installer ran without problem but when I go into WoW, I have no Zygor at all. It isn't listed in the addons either. Help?

                Try using the wrench icon on the desktop client to reinstall the guides.

                  Also make sure your WoW AddOn directory is set to the correct path under the Game Installation panel in the client settings.

                    Thanks guys but my Zygor Client software will not come up either. I click Run as Administrator and nothing happens.

                      Try opening the Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Escape) and in the Processes tab (pre-Win10) or the Details tab (Win10) look to see if you have either a java.exe or javaw.exe process running. If you do end that process then try running the client again.

                        I killed the Java process and still no luck. I will delete all Zygor files from my hard drive and ream the register, too. Then I will reboot and try again. I will let you know what happens.

                          Normally if killing the Java process doesn't work then try reinstalling Java. Make sure you wipe it completely from your system before going to www.java.com and grabbing a fresh copy of the install file.

                            There is an uninstaller in your installation directory that should wipe all files that the client created. Alternatively, you can download an uninstaller here.

                              I am also experiencing the same/similar problems as Josiespencer .. old time Zygor users, up graded to elite, did the down load, and same results. I have sent a "contact us" email to the support team with details and background.
