Gear Suggestions and Stat Weights

First of all, apologies if this is the incorrect sub-forum. Please, move it to the correct one. I just wanted other users' opinion on the gear suggestions the guide makes at end-game, and what changes, if any, anyone has made to the numbers the guide has by default. I haven't found many sources for stat weights. So, any advice/thoughts would be appreciated.
