Missing Achievements in guide

Okay, sorry if I'm not finding it, but I've used the search feature, and there are so many achievements that I'm just not finding.

In the raid section, there are only three guides listed (pandaria raid, pandaria dungeon and draenor dungeon).

Where are the guides for Cataclysm Raids and dungeons and Lich King raids and dungeons?

And I'm sure I've looked for a few achievements at some point, only to find that they aren't there.

Originally we did not do any guides for the raids and that will be why you have a hard time finding raid related guides. We are working on getting them all added to the guides. The majority of the other dungeon achievements are just a matter of loading up the appropriate dungeon guide and run thru that. You can open the achievements window and use the Z icon on the right side of the achievement to load up the guide needed to obtain the achievement.
