ESO and Wildstar Guide Compensation

Did you ever decide what you are going to do regarding compensation for those customers who bought your ESO and Wildstar guides, both of which were discontinued in less tha a year? I have never seen a definitive answer to this.

We are waiting a little while to see how ESO looks on the long term, since it just went to consoles and got a boost recently. We want to see if the demand stays strong. If it stays strong, we plan to bring these guides back.

I believe Wildstar is going free-to-play this fall, so we'll see if that increases demand, and sustains over the long term.

That's all well and good, but I still paid a significant amount of money for guides for both games that you discontinued in less than a year. You've made zero effort to compensate customers who placed trust in you.

Hello, I would really like to have a status update. There seems to be a tremendous need for the product and there aren't any other developers out there that are trying to update their guides to include DLC content. Truth be told, I'd rather have an updated guide than a refund; however, I do understand how difficult it is to update the guide/add-on.

The launch of Zygor Elite is part of our strategy to expand our content and possibly revive the ESO/WS guides. The success of this service will determine the future of the guides. We hope to have more information later in the year.
