tram portal in stormwind??

just bought the leveling guide and am a level 26 Worgen druid. The guide is sending me back to wetlands (19-21) to mountaineer gulgum (sp?). first time I am working with these guides and it sends me to Stormwind tram but then says "exit portal". The place it points to as the portal is in the middle of the bottom of the tram way half way down (past the brawl place). There is nothing there. I thought there might be something hidden, but I don't see anything. what does this mean? Alos, what does it mean that I am going back to a lower level place?

That sounds like the arrow is just a little confused while in the tram area. It's basically just trying to get you to ride the tram to IF and the exit the portal is when you leave the tram and go into IF.

As for the guide sending you to Wetlands, that sounds like you still have the free trial version of the guides installed. The Wetlands is the highest zone in the free trial guides and it would not be suggested for a 26 toon if the full guides were installed. Please try exiting the game and use the wrench on the desktop client to reinstall the guides and that should make sure that your purchased guides are installed.

Also, make sure your Zygor Guides account username and password are stored in the client's Settings. This will make the client recognize all the guides you own with your account.

The tram area is underdeveloped by Blizzard - the Ironforge station doesn't even have a map, it's just off to the side of the Stormwind station map. Given that, we're unable to point the arrow VERY precisely, sadly.

But, we did our best to improve the messages that are shown under the arrow, to indicate when you should board a train and exit the stations. This change will be available in the next update.
