Hand of the Prophet [Alliance]: Parvink offering quest not listed

Today, the alliance version of Parvink is offering the quest "Tooth and Claw". This is not one of the two the guide accounts for.

Obviously, this quest awards different reputation from "Hand of the Prophet"; however, it seems that the Hand of the Prophet guide should be capable of getting past the hurdle of this quest giver without having to manually click the forward arrow. (Or, is this how you prefer it work?)

That quest is part of the Saberstalker faction guide and is not for the Hand of the Prophet. The Hand of the Prophet guide does say that the quest we look for might not be available for the day and if that's the case to continue with the guide.

That makes sense; however, you mentioned that the guide says "that the quest we look for might not be available for the day, and if that's the case to continue with the guide." Actually, it doesn't say that, it says "This quest only has a chance of being available each day, so it's not guaranteed to be available. You can only accept one of these quests, if it's available."

I understand completely now; however, just as a bit of feedback, that block of text doesn't really communicate to the user that the quest being offered might not be part of the current guide and that the user should continue onward. The text that's there made me think that the guide was expecting to either see one of the two quests mentioned, or else no quest at all.

I'm thinking perhaps the text there is from a set of strings used for various quests that fall into this type of category. So, my suggestion would be to make a new one for when there is a possibility that quest might exist which is not one of the ones being offered (rather than using the text from when the guide expects one quest and no quest is being offered.) Know what I mean?

Yeah, I was paraphrasing a bit there since I didn't have that exact step open at the time. I also thought it had a "Click here to continue" line to indicate an easy way to move on if those quests weren't available. I see it doesn't.

That tip is actually written into that step section and not a string that's used in different steps. I'll make sure your suggestion about that tip gets to the right person for consideration.
