If i purchase most recent guide of dreanor will it include all guides before that all combined in one purchase thanks

The MoP and WoD upgrades are separate purchases. If you only have the Cata version of a guide then you would need to purchase both the MoP and WoD upgrades to have all of them.

So the mop for 15 is not included in the 35 wod pack?

That is correct. We had customers requesting that they be separate purchases so that's what we did.
