Gear Guide Processing Error

Receiving message: ZGV.ItemsScore.GearFinder.Cache_Fails. Error Initializing Gear Guides 1328 Items could not be processed.

After 6.2 Update.

This message appears at startup.
Please advise.

If you disable all other addons do you still get this error?

I get the exact same error message. I get it running with other addons and just Zygor 5.0 by itself: Same results. It still showed even after doing a full clear of the WTF folder (due to other errors I was having unrelated to Zygor) and going through the Zygor setup wizardl.

My gear guide disappeared from zygor UI, It is just me or somebody else?

I'm not sure what you guys are talking about for it being missing. I'm looking at it in game right now and it's still on the character window like it's been since we released the Gear guide. Could you elaborate on what is missing where?

Ahhhh....forgot that it was on that screen. Don't use the gear finder at all, especially since it's telling me right now that the best dungeon is Stormstout Brewery (Heroic) and that I should trade my iLvl 695 staff for a mainhand iLvl 219 dagger and an off-hand iLvl 162 wand. I think I'll pass on those for right now.

It's not appearing that helmet symbol of the guide in my zygor, and in the screen is not telling me the best dungeon, the zygor gear suggestion is saying no upgrade found. my ilvl is 614!!

@zakpack, do you own the Dungeon & Gear guides for WoD? If not that would explain why it's recommending such low level gear.

@mondragon, I think there might still be some work being done by our dev team for the gear suggestions being missing at the high end like that.

I own all guides for WoD, to include Dungeons & Gear, for both Alliance and Horde. All guides updated. My other slots are telling me 'No Upgrade Found' which I find hard to believe as my highest ring is 655.
