I think you might have gotten confused on what the gold guide window was showing. You had said it was that much gold in less than 10 hours but it's actually showing as being more than (>) 10 hours. In that list that was showing you'd be better off going with the 4th line where you're able to the sumptous furs/raw elekk meat in Nagrand for 1871g in 1 hour. That would give you more gold per hour.
