Trade Skills not importing

I have the full paid for (i.e. not trial) version of Gold & Auctions.

No matter how many times I open my Trade Skills window, Zygor refuses to accept that I have any reciepes.

I have 9 toons all with maxed out professions, and it doesn't recognise any of them - just tells me that it can't find any and that I should open the Trade Window first, and try again - which I've done multiple times on all characters. I have to use the Expert view, which keeps telling me I don't know a receipe when I actually know them all!

Any help appreciated - the Crafting section is useless until I can get it to load my trade skills

Do you have the latest historical data downloaded via the desktop client? Did you perform a scan of the AH?

Things I tried:
1) Re-installed Zygor client
2) Downloaded all updates
3) Exit and re-start Zygor client
4) Scanned using the <SCAN> button on the bottom right of the AH interface

What 'seems' to have fixed the issue is using the <APPRAISE ALL> button on the AH interface. Seems ok now, although I have to do that with each character, that's fine if it works.

So hopefully all sorted now - looking forward to getting to grips with Zygor properly so I not skint in-game all the time ;-)

Just want to check. When you say the '<SCAN> button on the bottom right of the AH interface' do you mean the one that is inside the Zygor Inventory window that is attached to the right side of the AH window?
