Alliance and Horde showing on same scan.

I have characters on both Horde and Alliance and when I run a scan it is showing results for both sides on the same scan.

If you mean it's showing AH listings for both Alliance and Horde this is accurate. Blizzard merged the Alliance and Horde auction houses together so that each server now has one unified auction house system. This means you can post something to sell on a Horde character and it can be purchased by an Alliance character.

The Alliance and Horde auction house was merged into one as of Warlords of Draenor.
