Server historical Data

Historical data is important! Especially on the weekends when people are posting far above the normal prices. I have some data going on 3 days old. Please don't say scan, I do that every time I hit the ah.

We do scans of the AH every 4 hours (roughly) and add that into our server for being compiled into the data. We compile the data roughly every 3 days and send that out to you. The historical data consists of one month's worth of AH scans and one or two days of current price changes will do little to affect the historical data in any major way.

Hopefully both users and Zygor are aware that their are other sites out their that do this on a daily basis if not more often. While you can get another addon to help with both buying recommend items faster and also seeing the average sold on a daily basis. Which could save some people from themselves and buying 10K+ Arcane Dust that ive seen zygor recommend as a Good investment multiple times when their are maybe 50-75 sold a day laughable

Suggestion: Would it be possible to add a tool in the options section to import data from popular auction addons, such as Auctioneer?

Estimated daily sold information is something that should be added in with the next big Gold guide update.

considering that you can download an addon called something along the lines of trade skill mas_ _ _ and one of its sub addons will import that data from a site called something like wow_ _tion im a little surprised that it wasnt a feature already in the addon considering that under the gathering gold guide that it estimates the demand of those items already

Saying TradeSkillMaster or Wowuction is fine. We have no problem with people referencing other addons or websites and you won't get banned or have your post deleted for those references.

Ok cool their are lots of places that don't like that, but you shouldnt have givin the names away that way people had to work a little LOL. They are both great resources for people to keep in mind until you release those features, as they have helped in some decision making ex zygor suggesting to buy 10k arcane dust lol while their market price was much higher 10k would have taken close to 9 months to off load at 40 a day as the estimated sold on wowuction

This reminds me why I originally started using Zygor's Guides Back when you were showing people that you were on real realms because you had to show them the AH on your Server since leveling in under 5 or 6 days played was unheard of. But that you have been their for the players since the beginning.

I would like to ask though why on the farming section it shows estimated demand but under crafting it doesnt recommend an amount to craft ex Draenic Agility Potions should have a suggested craft number. Or is it when listing the items that the appraiser will figure that for you as in a suggested stack size and number of suggested stacks to list?

I'm thinking that the suggested number to make in the crafting section is most likely a suggestion to get added into the guide. We'll have to let the dev team mull that one over and see if they like the sound of that.

When you move an item from the Inventory window into the Auctions tab it will suggest stack sizes there, but I believe it will just try to list all items so that might be something that could be improved upon but it would take a while to figure out a good formula for limits. Again that would be something for the dev team to look at and decide what is best.
