Auto Accept/ Turn in Guide Quests

I can't seem to find where it auto accepts and turns in just guide quests. When I had Zygor in Mists I seem to remember that there was auto accept and turn in for guide quests and also one for ALL quests. My guide isn't accepting and turning in quests automatically as I'm out leveling and I can only find the option that will turn in and accept all quests. While this is necessarily isn't a bad thing I just don't want to have a log full of quests that I don't need because the NPC is offering several quests and I only need one of them.

Nevermind, I was getting a solid red arrow like another poster and when I did /re in chat window to solve that, it fixed the arrow and the quest issue.
