Hi, at first i'm sorry for my bad english'

can't found historical data after scan IG , i followed all instruction, i look several threads
but he doesn't work.

At first i update my serv "eu-cho gall" with zygor client and sync server

2rd i launch wow, when i'm connected

You will need to use the Zygor Client to sync your realms Historical Data. If you were using the latest version of the client it SHOULD have done this for you, but maybe there was an issue. Please check that you've followed these instructions:

Setting Up Realm Data
With the Zygor Client up and running, click the gear icon in the lower right hand corner to access the Options section.



In the Options section, select the new tab labeled "WoW Gold Guide" (you will only see this if you pre-ordered Zygor's Gold and Auctions guide).

Click the "Import My Realms" button to have the client automatically find the realms you play on and add them to the sync list. Alternatively, you can manually add realms if you like.

Click the Sync button to download your realm data. If you enable automatic downloads the client will update your data anytime we release a new version.

Once you have finished installing the guides and realm data hit the Play button to launch the game.

Hum when i would click the "import my realms" it's impossible for me, i click but nothing happens, i add my realm manually

Please help me

Same issue for me, last update and all steps here just won't help.
Maybe issue in difference in EU name of realm and localized for example for Russian realms Blackscar - Черный шрам and addon can't recognize it. Thank you.

Blackscar shows up in the realm list and properly syncs. Is this not what you see on your client?

Yep it's exactly the same but in-game addon still can't see any historical data and asking to update/synch in client and client is synching without any problems. The question if in-game addon design for other then English localizations? Because if client synch realm "Blackscar" and in-game addon see localized name of realm "Черный Шрам" maybe in this case it will not work for other then English users. Import of my realms as well not working, only manual add. In case if it's only works for English localization it's not so fare.

y my games is in french' Why ? I do convert game in english ?

We will look into this to see if we can spot what's happening and get it working.

Indeed we were (mistakenly) saving Russian realms under English names. We're fixing it.

For now, trashermz, go into the folder Interface\AddOns\ZygorGuidesViewer\Data\Gold , open the "en_GB_blackscar.lua" file you'll find there and replace
realm=Blackscar
with
realm=Черный Шрам

This should make it work for now. We're working on a proper fix.


noway07, what files do you have in your Interface\AddOns\ZygorGuidesViewer\Data\Gold folder, and what is your server's full name?
