no crafting profit???

The bug report button in the guide viewer window does the same as using the "report buggy step" button inside the main section of the guide options.
It's different from BugGrabber or Swatter as it's not for showing LUA errors but to create a long text that includes several information about the current guide step, inventory, flight points, buffs and some other stuff that is useful when hunting down bugs in the guide that do not cause a whole addon to throw LUA errors.

What does the gold guide display at the bottom for the Last Scan?

I am having issues with the gold guide as well. Mine is similar to this issue however mine says there is no auction/crafting recommendations for my server. When I delete my WTF folder it fixes it temporarily and then its goes back to not working. Is this a known issue? I fully restored my computer to try and make it a permanent fix with no luck... I have no use paying for the guide if I can't keep it working.

Do you have your servers setup in the desktop client so the AH data is installed? What does it display for the Last Scan at the bottom of the gold guide?

Last sync was today at 7:28pm and yes I do have my server setup. Is there a diagnostic log or anything I can send you for help to keep the issue resolved? Like I said, it will work temporarily and I'm not sure what is causing the issue. I don't really think it's a problem with you guys, I think it may be something on my end causing the problem. I just don't know what that would be since I have performed a full restore on my computer. Thanks for any help or advice you can give!

It sounds like there is just something not getting loaded in right for it. You have used the Scan button at the bottom center of the Sell tab? Have you tried reloading the UI (/re into chat)? Have you made sure to open your profession crafting windows for the addon to see what recipes you know?

Is the crafting guide working correctly for anyone? Maybe my expectations are off in terms of what is "working as intended"?
It's producing recommendations, but the list of recommended crafts is woefully lacking.
To demonstrate, I logged in with my 700 enchanter / 700 jewelcrafter.
Now I know for a fact that making Mark of Warsong enchant scrolls is profitable. I do it all the time. They sell consistently, and have for all of WoD.
Here's what wowuction shows as far as current pricing on my server (US-Thunderhorn):

Cheapest one on the AH right now is 790g. Normally runs 800-850g lately.
Now take a look at my in-game screenshot:

As you can see from TSM on the left, it would cost me roughly 430g to make one of these at current prices.
Selling at 790g+ is a profit of 360g!! WHY IS IT NOT ON THIS LIST?!?!
You can see that I scanned the AH only 6 minutes prior to this screenshot.
Zygor clearly has detected that I'm an enchanter because it lists Mark of the Shattered Hand which is MUCH LESS PROFITABLE despite selling at roughly the same rate (7-8 per day) as Mark of Warsong.
I changed it from "Easy" to "Advanced" to "Expert", and still no Mark of Warsong.
Wait a second??? I thought Expert was supposed to show ALL recipes even the ones I don't have???
so take a look at this one:

Expert mode, searched for "mark". Found 3 items. There are 7 Draenor weapon enchantments that start with "mark". Where are the other 4???

This gold guide is literally the only thing I want from my Zygor Elite membership. If this issue doesn't get fixed asap then this product becomes worthless to me and I'll have no reason to continue giving you my money.

Edit: after posting this I can see that this forum is cutting off the right side of these screencaps. You can right-click and open the image in a new tab to see the whole thing.

The pictures are all cut off making it hard to see everything but we will see if we can spot anything on our end for this. Have you tried disabling all other addons and then opening up your crafting windows to make sure the guide viewer can see all of your recipes without any possible conflicts?

Ok it seems that TSM is definitely interfering with this addon in some manner, but the way in which it's doing so doesn't make much sense to me.

Test 1
I renamed my entire Interface and WTF folder, then installed a fresh copy of zygor by itself. Opened the game, opened tradeskill windows, ran an auction scan, and then if I went to Crafting > Expert and searched for "mark", it found all 7 Draenor "Mark of" weapon enchants that I'd expect to see.

Test 2
I then restored my previous Interface and WTF folders, reopened the game, and just DISABLED all addons except zygor. Opened tradeskill windows (just in case), went to Crafting > Expert and searched for "mark", and it found 5 results. Missing Mark of Warsong and Mark of the Thunderlord. That would make it seem like we're dealing with some kind of actual data corruption here rather than active "interference" from another addon, since no other addons were enabled.

Test 3
I then blew away my Interface and WTF folders again, and install only a fresh copy of zygor and a fresh copy of TSM. Reopened the game, didn't even open TSM config or do anything with it, opened tradeskill windows, ran an AH scan in zygor, then went to Crafting > Expert and searched for "mark". It found 6 results. No Mark of the Thunderlord showing:

Again, this is with completely virgin Interface/WTF folders and no addons installed other than zygor and TSM. Hadn't even configured TSM at this point.

So as it stands right now, it seems that I have to choose between zygor and TSM.

I would think by this that if it's anything with TSM that's doing this it would be the crafting module. Try disabling just the crafting module for TSM and leave the rest active and see if that makes any difference.
