Another Gold Guide Question

So here is my gold guide question. Will this guide have a way to scan the auction house without us having to sit on our character physically at the auction house sitting for an hour waiting for the scan to finish? I am on stormrage alliance server and currently it takes my auctioneer addon between 45minutes to an 1hr 30 mins depending on how many auctions are listed. Usually there are around 80 to 100k auctions which is why it takes so long. I recently discovered that tradeskillmaster addon has a desktop app you can get that automatically downloads the auction house data and places it into your addon every hour so you do not have to physically scan the auction house with your character. I have 56mbps download and 15mbps upload with 25ms ping however I am unable to do fastscans on the stormrage server because it's so huge. (causes disconnects)

If your addon does something like this I could definitely see buying it as your addons from what I've seen so far require no setup other than downloading it. TSM addon/app is from what I read complicated to setup but once done your good.

We do have a similar setup where you can download the historical data with our client and keep that updated just like the TSM app. We also have a scan button that you can use to do a quick scan to make sure you have up-to-the-minute pricing instead of an hour or two old pricing. Holy crap this is EXACTLY what I've been waiting for =). Just checked out your linked video. The guide says you have to download the historical data with the sync button. Is there a automated feature that will do this every hour or so through the client? The video didn't say if it does that or not.

The historical data is downloaded with the Zygor Client (same process you currently use to update your guides, only now it will also download historical data for the Gold Guide). The in-game Sync button gets an up-to-the-minute quick snapshot of your server's auction house right at that moment. Hope that helps.

If you look at that video again at the 1:50 mark you can see where it's showing the client there is a check box to automatically sync auction data. This means if you have that checked and you leave the client running in the background it will keep updating that auction data every time it checks to see if there's a new guide version and/or new auction data.
