    Working soon?

    So is Zygor ever going to work again? I mean since WOD there has been no gear choice, quest turn in, or really much of anything. Now it seems when I enter a cave or building the arrow only shows to exit the building and no directions to quests inside the cave. I mean I paid a lot of money for this product, I understand there was an update and the response from tech support was you are "working on it". I guess there is no choice but to wait. I miss my old Zygor and heres hoping it comes back someday, BTW I did all the instructions from tech support with no improvement. I will not be recommending or buying anymore of your products until what I have starts working

    We are working on the gear system as quickly as we can. If the quest turn in problems you see are quests that have a gear reward that will be working again when the new gear system is out. The arrow problems you mention shouldn't be happening so maybe there is something wrong with a specific cave or building. If you could please let us know which guide and step you were on when you saw the arrow problem that would allow us to check into it and try to reproduce it.

      tyvm for the quick response. I will be anxiously awaiting the gear system update. I will keep a pad by my computer to list the caves this is happening at and let you know. Thanks again.

        We actually sent out that new gear system with the update yesterday. Things should be working a whole lot better for you with it. We've had one small bug (not checking gear level requirements) reported with it so far that we are looking into for fixing.

          What did you mean by there has been "no quest turn in". This functionality should still be working. Is it every quest? Certain quests? Certain guides?

            I still am getting to gear suggestions on quest turnin, and also the auto gear system is no longer auto equiping.

              We are working on the bugs in the gear system right now to get that fixed.

                  The guide received an update today and I can confim that the gear issues appear to be resolved. It's now Auto-Selecting and Auto-Equipping gear as expected.

                      Now we just need to figure out what mykroft meant by the quest turnin issues. Still waiting to for a reply with more details on what the exact issue with those are.

                        If your settings are correct, when you hand in a quest, ZG is supposed to highlight the suggested reward. My guess is that he's not getting that.

                          But that too should be fixed now so we'll have to wait to see if he responds and if his problem is fixed with the latest version.
