Is there a guide to find/kill all the rares or elites?

I'm talking about the ones that show a skull on the mini-map and drop good items.

No there is not. The closest you would find would be the Grogrond Monster Hunter achievement that has a guide. There are no other achievements or need to search for the rares right now so there is no guide for that.

I will just add, we are planning to add these at some point, though. Nothing more solid than that, but it will come eventually.

Rumor has it that treasure hunting spots give 20-30K each, easier than questing. Some of them come off rares.

We do plan to add in some of the treasure chests to the Leveling guides to give a blend of treasures, bonus objectives, and questing. I do not think you can go from 90-100 on treasure chests alone.
