Dynamic progression

Did Zygor get rid of the dynamic progress option? I cannot find it in the settings... I am level 90 and it continues to go quest by quest in a level 87 zone, without skipping easy or obsolete quests.

I'd rather not skip entire zones, if I don't have too.

Blizzard made the MoP zones very linear and it's not advised to do any skipping as it will mess up things for the other zones.
