[RESOLVED] WoD Upgrade not working

About an hour or so ago I purchased the upgrade for Horde leveling from MoP to WoD. The payment went through and said I have the upgrade and yet the zygor website no longer has the button to purchase the upgrade and it says my "Currently Owned" is Mists of Pandaria. The zygor client also says everything is up to date and installed but I have no WoD upgrade or content whatsoever. I have tried multiple repairs both manual and through the clients option.

Are you playing an Alliance or Horde character? Did you make sure to update your guides after you made your purchase?

i have checked again and it is there for horde, I therefore thought I must have upgraded that by mistake, so I bought the alliance one and it still doesnt work, so Ill be needing a refund for one or both depending on if you can help get it going

Yeah, when you first posted you only had the Horde side updated so the Alliance side wouldn't have had the WoD guides. Now that you have both factions if it's not showing up you can try to reset the guides by going to your WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there.
