The waypoints with the arrow are not working, the whole time after becoming a worgen is just stuck on wanting to hearth. You are able to skip that step, but then the arrow becomes stuck.

We are aware of this and trying to get if fixed. The arrow will start working again when you leave the Worgen starting zone and make it to Darnassus.
