Spires of Arak

I'm Horde in Spires of Arak and I chose smuggler. The guide seems to get stuck at step 189 wanting me to speak to Anzu.

I can't find an Anzu any where, so I skipped it. The guide then skips over a large quest chain and then asks me to speak to Anzu again. Still no Anzu. Skip. From here it has me talking to many "of the Flock" and "Ravenspeaker" NPC's, none of which will speak to me. Skip these too. At this point, after doing a few things for Wixxy, and having to skip some more stuff that isn't there, or won't talk to me, the guide basically ends telling me to move on to the next area which is for level 98, but I'm only 37% into 97.

I think we have an issue here.

So, all last night I was pulling my hair out because there is no "Anzu" at the place the guide said. For probably about 30 minutes, maybe more, I was looking, skipping in the guide, trying to figure out what was going on. I log in today and for the heck of it went back to the same place, and lo and behold, there is frickin Anzu, pretty as can be. I have no idea why he's there now, but wasn't last night.

Apparently this was a Blizzard hiccup and nothing to do with the guide.
