The NPC isn't there because the guide is telling you to turn in "The Foot of the Fortress" which is part of the chain if you Selected the Mage Tower Outpost. So, again this is another snag just as there was in Gorgrond.

Have no clue where to skip to or continue to. Stuck again. Hope this can be fixed

Alliance or Horde?

My issue pertains to the Alliance side.

(Alliance Side) As a side note... I selected the Artillary Tower and Miall get was there with the quest "Dropping Bombs" which seems to follow steps 103, 104, and 105. It looks like it follows the magister's quest with just minor changes. Click on Rope instead of portal to get past barrier?

It's on the Alliance side for me also. Sorry I was so late to reply I went to sleep after I posted. Waiting for a fix to continue the guide. I have been a long time Zygor user and I have every single guide for WoW. They are all great guides. This last one is a bit rocky but I have hope everything will be fixed in time
