So are there any plans to add an option to allows us to select any faction and have those guides loaded?

Or do I need to go back to using the tool which someone outside of Zygor made for doing this?

@henly1234, when you are in game and you open the guide selection window (small drop down arrow on the guide viewer) what does it display in the lower left for the version number?

@xenares, right now there are no plans to expand on the guide swapping functionality.

I have no idea why it's not changing for you. Right now there is no reason that I can see for why it isn't changing. You may need to just use that tool that was created to swap the guides around outside of the game to have the right zones available in game.

FYI It seems to be working, if you look at my past post you'll see that for some reason Flipper didn't work, it may be that now Ive finished the Cadwell's chain that flipper has 'come back', initially the guide seems to be updating as well I'll keep an eye on it and keep you posted.

It does work after a fashion with flipper, the map crosses are all over the place and Ive tried to disable the map addons but it didn't seem to make a difference.

Well i think its time for Zygor and me to part company, the guide has not worked correctly since Ive become a vet and i spend too much time tying to get it to work to the deprement of actual game play, even the flipper has stopped working now and the mods dont seem to have a clue.

If you are not a vet then the guide works fine but if you plan to continue playing after 50 then look around for a better guide.
