Hallows End gear

I read another thread here and installed the Pawn add-on. After doing so, I then cleared the declined items from the gear suggestion list. The guide then wants me to equip Immaculate Ring of the Soldier (Ilvl 429 with a scale vale of 17.0 for Demo) over my Wicked Witches Signet (Ilvl 540 with scale value 107 (best) for Demo). I'm guessing the new headless huntsman loot might not be included in gear suggestions?

Gear suggestions are based off of the stats on an item as reported by the Blizzard API. It doesn't matter what the item is as long as the API gives us stats to weight. It's possible that the API isn't sending the right information.
