Which guide covers the timeless Islands... Horde if that matters

The Dailies guides have most of what you'd be doing on Timeless Isles. The Achievements guides also have guides for the different achievements related to the isle.

i go to the point it says to start... at the very beginning of flash of bronze. and yet there is nothing under the mini map like it says. Although i fly over and found chormie.

Normally you automatically get the "Flash of Bronze" quest at level 90 when entering the Vale.
Some people seem to be having problems with that, maybe some abandoned the quest.
Sometimes it seems you get the quest after leaving and reentering the zone.
I'd suggest you create a WoW support ticket, GMs have the power to give you the quest.
