Zygor not working

I have used zygor for some time now. I have made a couple horde characters and it always worked. now today I made a tauren and the guide will only open to alliance tasks. whats going on and how do i get it to work right.

Can you please post a screen shot of your Zygor updater client. The main window showing your owned guides please.

Sure, how do you do that please? and i have never been asked this before when i had problems. Also i deleted and reinstalled zygor and everything is up to date. Its working for the blood elf and goblin but not the tauren, orc, undead or troll.

Are you asking how to take a screen shot or how to post it on the forums?

You should be able to use the Print Screen button (normally located on the top row beside your F keys) to put a screen shot into the clipboard. Then you would use a program like MS Paint to paste the clipboard into a new image file. Save it as a .png or .jpg anywhere you like. Then when posting use the Go Advanced button to find the area where you can manage attachments and upload that screen shot to include in the post.

If you have problems with doing that and have a smartphone you can just take a picture with your phone camera and email it to support@zygorguides.com and I'll get it.

I got it to work. It did not load like in past and i had to hunt thru all of the guides to find the zone

So it's all working good now and I can ignore the 2nd pic email?

yeah, usually it opens to alliance or horde but it didnt so just had to hunt guides(.
