Wargen Starter area not working

The navigation system doesn't work. It only shows 'Gilneas, Gilneas" Regardless of what step I'm on. The auto-accept functionality seems to be working because the guide is auto-accepting quests and turning in quests for me.

What gives?

This is a problem we've had come and go. Maybe this time we'll be able to find it to fix it. Once you leave the Worgen area and get into Darnassus the arrow will start working correctly again.
