Veteran content not working again

Since the last upgrade my veteran content not working again. It worked ok while the veteran flipper was installed but that has disappeared. When I log on with my Daggerall covenant character Lvl 5 Vet I expect zygor to take me to Alderminion Reapers march but all I see id DC locations and skyshards .

Zygor you have taken my money and do not want to seem to update the guides correctly DO Something about it

Make sure your ESO guides are updated. We recently released an update that included an automatic guide change for the Veteran ranks. You should also see a Skyshard guide in the lists.

All I have is Daggerfall also and it is updated

Try running the installer client and use the wrench icon to reinstall the guides to see if that makes any difference.
