Well the WoW and ESO Installation Directory settings are wrong but the WoW Addons Directory setting looks right. Try going to your WoW/Interface/Addons folder and delete the ZygorGuidesViewer folder in there then run the new client and look to see if the Current Version number changed or stays the same. I'm thinking that it having the wrong Installation Directory is causing the problem even tho it should be installing the guides to the right addons folder according to the settings.

That is where all my other wow addons go so I don't think that is it. Plus my ESO downloads fine.

Well unless you told the Blizzard installer to install your game to the C:/Users/Public/Games/World of Warcraft/Interface/AddOns folder when you first installed WoW then the Installation Directory setting in the Zygor client is wrong. And unless you have a 2nd game installation in your Program Files (x86) folder then the Executable setting is wrong as well. But since you want to insist the settings are good we'll try a different approach.

Go to your WoW/Interface/Addons folder and delete the ZygorGuidesViewer folder, then run the new client and look to see if the current version has changed. While you're looking in the Addons folder also do a quick check to see if there is another Interface folder in there. Please let me know the results.
