Temple Of The White Tiger quest

The guide tells me to talk to Farmhand Bo as part of one quest but also to pick up the Temple Of The White Tiger quest from him but he doesn't have any quest to give me, it is actually Farmhand Ko that gives this quest and I have no idea where he is.

Farmhand Bo gives this quest for Alliance toons and Farmhand Ko gives this quest for Horde toons. This is a breadcrumb quest so if it's not available there is a possibility you just can't get it due to having accepted or done a different quest. You can safely skip this quest and continue on.
